Craig Berman

Craig Berman is the founder and Director of the Kinesis Institute for Independent Swing Biomechanics and the creator of the SwingForm method—a revolutionary approach to mastering consistent, high-accuracy swings in golf, baseball, and cricket.

A lifelong student of movement and precision, Craig began his journey in martial arts. He trained extensively in Tang Soo Do and became a Springbok Tae Kwon Do representative, earning a Silver Medal at the British Open in Leicester, 1993. These experiences instilled in him a deep understanding of body mechanics, balance, timing, and the subtle connections between mind and motion.

Craig applied these principles to sports biomechanics, developing what would become the SwingForm system. Starting with the Samurai-inspired swing methodology, he spent over 15 years in independent research, development, and testing—combining martial arts biomechanics, neuroscience, and movement analysis. His methods have been internationally reviewed, trialed, and refined to deliver repeatable, measurable improvements in swing consistency.

SwingForm is now recognized globally for its ability to transform swings efficiently and safely, reducing injury risk, accelerating skill acquisition, and providing a lifetime foundation for consistent performance. Craig’s approach is grounded in science, tested in practice, and driven by a single principle: any committed athlete can achieve repeatable, high-level accuracy without relying on chance or traditional trial-and-error coaching.

Through the Kinesis Institute, Craig continues to advance independent swing biomechanics, providing athletes worldwide with systems that deliver results safely, reliably, and predictably.
